Review: Faceshop Pro is an application which allows you to create 3D objects from faces of any image in jpg format. The program has a simple and clean interface, so browse through it must be very simple for any user. Once initialized faceshop Pro, you can paste an image from the clipboard, open one of the hard disk using the file browser, or capture by the scanner. Then, you can rotate and flip the image, just look at their notes, select an object head between a man and a woman (or you can load a custom one), and you can specify the resolution. In the next step, you have to be very precise with the mouse pointer, so you must assign a point and match as you see in the picture of the sample. These points are concentrated on the upper part of the forehead, nose, mouth, chin, ears and eyes. You can convert the image into a sketch to better observe the facial features or save project for further editing. In the last step, you will have to draw curves for eyebrows, eyes, mouth, as well as the contours of the face. After doing some final adjustments, you can create a new 3D object and save it in OBJ format. The program takes up a large amount of system resources (which is normal), and includes a complete documentation of photos. No error popped up during our tests and faceshop Pro offers excellent results. Too bad it can not offer more options when it comes to image editing. In addition, the interface could use some improvement. Otherwise, we highly recommend this program to all users.
